We will only schedule free moves to apartment communities and real estate agent referred properties associated with MyFreeMoveGeorgia. You must be registered with MyFreeMoveGeorgia.net before visiting any property to qualify for a FREE move. By registering with MyFreeMoveGeorgia.net you hereby consent to calls and email message from us. MyFreeMoveGeorgia.net must be listed on the Guest Card, Lease Application, and Lease for Tenancy. You must sign at least a 6-month lease, and remain current on your rent. Free moves do not qualify if transferring to a sister property or within the same property. You must not voluntarily terminate your lease. If the apartment complex does not pay the referral fee for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of the move at the following rates: 1 Bedroom: $250, 2 Bedrooms: $350-$400, 3 Bedrooms: $500, 4 or more bedrooms (on quotation). If you opt into a transaction with a 3rd party vendor of freemoveGeorgia.net, you also agree to be contacted by phone or email by the respective vendor.
Once you have an executed signed lease, it's time to "Schedule Your Free Move"....that's it!
On the day of your move all boxes must be taped and sealed. We will not accept responsibility for any items within a box or container unless the box or container was physically damaged by MyFreeMoveGeorgia.net. We will not accept responsibility for any furniture made with particleboard. We reserve the right to waive responsibility for any item MyFreeMoveGeorgia.net feels cannot be moved safely. We will not move any articles of clothing which are not properly boxed. We may reschedule a move due to weather, mechanical truck break downs, or any unforeseen circumstances. A client who has met the criteria and is refused service may be compensated $125.00 instead of moving services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
